There are so many things one could say about themselves… but I’ll try to keep it simple.

My name is Alae, and I am a portrait artist. I draw portraits of people and animals in pencil, based on your photos. For me, drawing has always been much more than just a hobby: it is a way to bring memories to life and transform an image that matters to you into a true work of art.

What I particularly love about portraiture is its ability to capture something deeply personal. A look, a smile, an expression, a detail in a face… Every photo tells a story, and my goal is to convey that story through my drawings.

Over time, I have developed a true passion for pencil portraiture, focusing especially on details, shadows, highlights, and expressions to create drawings that are as realistic and lifelike as possible.

But behind every portrait, above all, there is a person, a family, a couple, a child, or an animal that means something unique to someone. That is what makes my work so special to me.
