Exclusion or early termination of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts relating to the supply of goods made to the consumer's individual specifications or clearly personalized to meet their personal needs.

As we exclusively sell personalized products in our online store, the exercise of the right of withdrawal is therefore generally not possible. Any warranty rights are not affected by this provision.

 

What happens if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies to products in perfect condition. Your statutory warranty rights remain fully applicable.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, contact us within 14 days and send us a photo of the item concerned if possible.
